I had no idea what to put as the title for my post today, and didn’t want to be basic and make it “hump day!!!” Lol but honestly watery oatmeal is not a good thing (in my opinion) I prefer mine on the regular to thick side. My oatmeal is pretty good todayπ I just throw half a cup of quick oats into some hot water, then add 2 tbs of dark brown sugar and a couple of sprinkles of cinnamon. Delicious. It’s my favorite breakfast. It keeps me full and wakes me up, and I know what’s in it. Do you guys have any oatmeal recipes?
It is Wednesday though, which means we have almost made it over the hump. This weekend, Tyler and I are going up to Waterville Valley in NH for some snowboarding and hanging out with friends and family. I’m excited! We took last weekend off from snowboarding and it felt great to just relax instead of getting up early and rushing to the mountain and falling on my knees and butt a thousand times (I am only a beginner, but improving).
